Octhavianus Harefa has over 22 years of proven working experience in the area of development work, ranging from grassroot- organizing, NGO managing, providing various training related to development issues, especially related local democracy aspects.

His area of competence is on: Facilitation on Participatory Strategic Planning, Consultancy on Unconventional Fundrising, Conducting Social Research, Facilitation on Research Methodology & Pastoral Circle Training Methodology. He is also very experienced on the area of small-middle business development and facilitation on its related issues.

Octhavianus Harefa is also a very passionate editor, has been editing a number of books.
