We are very grateful to have Ms Anna Marsiana as our consultant. She has both great knowledge and experience in the field of community empowerment and organizational management, yet she can deliver consultancies/mentoring/coaching in an understandable, practical and participative ways.

She understands the background, context, values of our organizations and put it into concern when coaching us. She sees an organization as a team, but also sees each individual in the team as unique and both (individuals and team) need to grow. In our experience, she is a consultant/mentor/coach who is not only concerns about delivering the materials/lessons, but also concerns about whether our organization truly learned those lessons and truly experience a positive change.
